Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp demanded his team become "angry" again to improve their form in the remainder of the season. Sixth-placed Liverpool have lost six league games at Anfield having gone unbeaten at home in the previous campaign, with only Fulham having picked up fewer league points at home this year. Last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Newcastle at Anfield dealt a further blow to their Champions League qualification hopes but Klopp is not giving up hope. "We have another five games ... we'll see. We learn or don't play Champions League, that's it," he said. "We have to become a very tricky team to play against, an angry team and all these kind of things and we will become that again." The German manager oversaw a training session featuring Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and the rest of the Liverpool stars as they prepared for the remaining five games of the Premier League season. First up is a tough trip to old rivals Manchester United on Sunday, followed by games against Southampton, West Brom, Burnley and Palace. They will be looking to pick up maximum points in an effort to break into the Champions League places, as they currently trail fourth-placed Chelsea by four points.
