UAE reports 390 new Covid-19 cases

The UAE announced 390 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday, taking its tally of infections to 889,105.

No deaths were reported for the 17th day running, as the toll remained at 2,302.

Only one coronavirus-related fatality has been recorded in March.

Another 800 people overcame the virus, raising the recovery total to 861,848.

The latest cases were identified as a result of 315,335 PCR tests.

More than 146 million tests have been conducted to date under a robust mass screening strategy.
