Burj Khalifa will conduct an annual fire and evacuation drill on Monday at 10.30am, authorities say.
Dubai Media Office said the exercise is held every year to ensure safety and security of residents, guests and employees.
It will also help preparations for the annual New Year's Eve celebrations at the world's tallest building.
Burj Khalifa opened in 2010 and the skyscraper is known for its stunning New Year's fireworks displays and light projections.
Construction began in 2004 as part of the Downtown Dubai neighbourhood.
The Crown Prince of Dubai earlier this month shared a video of himself scaling the building.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed is seen standing on a small platform at the top of the 828-metre tower in the video.
