Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, spoke with the Sudanese Prime Minister and assured him of the UAE’s support in maintaining stability and peace through the pandemic. Sheikh Mohamed discussed ways of deepening relations between the UAE and Sudan with Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, state news agency WAM reported. He expressed his best wishes for Sudan’s stability and development as the world struggles through the Covid-19 pandemic. The leaders underlined the importance of strengthening regional peace and dispute resolution through dialogue. Sheikh Mohammed also spoke with King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Friday to wish him good health after his heart surgery. The king, 56, underwent successful heart surgery this month in Rabat. Sheikh Mohamed also conveyed the greetings of President Sheikh Khalifa.
