On Friday Sheikha Fatima bint Rashid, the Ruler of Dubai’s sister, uploaded videos on Instagram of her daughter, Sheikha Latifa bint Rashid, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s daughers, Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed and Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed, riding horses on the beach and pulling wakeboarders from Surf House Dubai behind them.
