London police inspection on Saturday concluded that a seemingly abandoned vehicle in London's Victoria Embankment was non suspicious.
The alarm was sounded just days after British counter-terrorism police discovered three "improvised explosive devices" near some of London's busiest areas, including Heathrow Airport. The packages had Irish stamps and Irish police are assisting British counter-terrorism officers.
Saturday's incident led to scores of police officers on the scene and the busy city centre on lock down for at least one hour.
The incident in Victoria Embankment has now concluded. The vehicle has been deemed non-suspicious. All roads will now be reopened.

Westminster bridge and Victoria Embankment were cleared and cordoned following reports of a suspect vehicle.
Police officers on the scene kept bystanders at bay as helicopters hovered over the central London area.
"Police are on the scene at Victoria Embankment following reports of a suspicious vehicle", the Metropolitan Police tweeted. "Road closures are in place."
Images shared on social media showed smaller streets leading to the deserted bridge blocked off by red and white police tape, while the river Thames was closed from Charring Cross bridge to Westminster bridge, according to local media.
